All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order amount

Shipping Rates:

• Orders Below 500 aed : 15 aed
• Orders above 500 aed : Free Shipping

Estimated delivery times:

• UAE: 1–2 business days after order Processing

We offer free shipping on orders above 500 aed . This threshold will be clearly displayed on our website and at checkout.

123Derma is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, wrong address, wrong contact number, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
