Order Processing & Handling Time

• Handling / Processing Time: 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may require an additional business day for processing.

Please note that delays may occur due to:

• Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

• Public holidays or courier delays
